I’ve been spending a lot of money lately, so to get myself on track I have made it a goal to save $1500 by the end of August. Yes, it’s reasonable and completely doable!
425+1425+109-100-168-55=1636
Give or take the (hopefully) little amount that I will be spending!
I have also decided that i want to double major in English with a minor in Poli Sci (this is still a maybe). I want to spend an extra year at UCLA because I’m finally here, why rush? Double-majoring is doable but minoring I’m not so sure yet.
Double-Majoring in English will require 16 additional classes ~ 64-80 units
on top of 11 courses that I already have to take for my major ~ 44-55 units
Estimated total: 108-135 units to be completed within 3 years.
Average units per quarter: 12 (If taking 3 classes)
Three Quarters in a year: 3x12 = 36
Three years = 36x3 = 108
This excludes summer courses, the possibility of taking 4 classes per quarter, and the fact that each quarter will consist of about 13 units instead of 12.
